About the Instructor

Dr. Christina Whitley Bray is a Board-Certified Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Specialist dedicated to advancing clinical standards for the most vulnerable patients. She brings a wealth of leadership experience to her lectures, serving as the Medical Director at Swansboro Animal Emergency and Trauma Hospital, Co-Owner and Chief Medical Officer of Animal Urgent Care of Oconomowoc, and a critical care consultant for DVMStat. Dr. Bray earned her DVM from North Carolina State University in 2014 and completed her emergency and critical care residency at BluePearl in Sandy Springs, Georgia. An avid researcher and passionate educator, she is widely published in peer-reviewed journals (including JVECCS) and was named "Teacher of the Year" by veterinary interns in 2023. Dr. Bray leverages her deep expertise in complex multi-organ cases, trauma, and advanced sepsis management to provide veterinary teams with actionable, real-world guidance they can immediately bring to the clinic floor.
